Pour 1 cooking spoon of vegetable oil into a pot, when hot add the blended pepper, 1 seasoning cube, curry powder, dried thyme and salt to taste leave to fry. Then add 1 cup of stock and leave to cook for a few minutes.

When well fried, pour a little of your stew into a hot pot and add gizzard and plantain, then add more stew as desired and stir to combine. Leave to simmer for a few minutes.

Plate and garnish as desired and you Gizdodo is ready.

Gizdodo can be eaten with white rice, Jollof rice, coconut rice etc.
